Accommodation services

NDIS respite refers to the respite services provided under the National Disability Insurance scheme (NDIS). These services offer temporary relief to the families and carers of individuals with disabilities, allowing them to take a break from their caregiving responsibilities. It can include in- home support, community-based activities or short-term accommodation options. The goal is to support the wellbeing of both the individuals with disability and their carers. Short-term accommodation is provided when you need it for a break or to develop your skills. It also includes respite services. For a maximum of 14 days at a time, this is feasible. Based on your own objectives and situation, you can allocate the 28 days that the NDIS funds each year in different ways.

During your brief stay with us, you can try new things, meet new people, and pick up new skills while also giving your informal supports a break.
